By using our services, requesting an estimate, or contacting Junk Removal Central Florida LLC ("El Gallo Hauls"), you agree to the following terms.

Estimates

Estimates provided by phone, text, or our website are based on the information and/or photos provided and are not final. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins and will not exceed the quoted range without your approval.

Service Area

We provide services in Orlando, Hunters Creek, Kissimmee, Lake Nona, St. Cloud, and surrounding Central Florida. Service outside this area is not guaranteed.

Scheduling

Appointment times are confirmed directly with the customer and are subject to availability.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers confirm they have the legal right to dispose of all items listed for removal. We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage.

SMS Communication

Customers may opt in to receive service-related SMS/MMS by selecting the unchecked SMS-consent checkbox on our website or by initiating a text conversation with (407) 250-1601. Messages may include estimates, scheduling confirmations, arrival updates, and service-related follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

El Gallo Hauls is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from our services, to the extent permitted by law.
