Agreement

By using this website or requesting services from El Gallo Hauls (operated by Junk Removal Central Florida LLC), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

El Gallo Hauls provides junk removal services in the Central Florida area. Services include hauling, loading, and disposal of household items, furniture, appliances, yard waste, and construction debris as agreed upon at time of service.

Estimates

Price estimates generated through our website — whether by AI photo analysis or self-selection — are estimates only, not final quotes. All estimates are:

• Valid for 48 hours from the time of generation
• Based only on items visible in uploaded photos or load size selected
• Subject to adjustment for items not visible, hazardous materials, or access difficulties
• Confirmed on-site before any work begins

You will never be charged more than the top of your estimated range without your explicit verbal approval before work begins. If the actual scope differs from the estimate, we will discuss pricing with you before proceeding.

Booking Requests

Submitting a booking request through our website is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a phone call or text message from us confirming the date, time, and price. We will contact you within 1 business day of receiving your request.

Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled appointment at any time before our arrival at no charge. Same-day cancellations (within 2 hours of scheduled arrival) may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee at our discretion.

Items We Cannot Haul

We cannot haul the following items:

• Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, solvents, fuels, pesticides)
• Biological or medical waste
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Propane tanks or compressed gas cylinders
• Ammunition or firearms
• Any items prohibited by local ordinance or landfill regulations

If prohibited items are discovered during a job, we reserve the right to leave them behind without adjustment to the quoted price.

Property Damage

We take reasonable care when hauling items from your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage. Any damage caused by our crew will be documented and addressed directly with you. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit cards. A receipt will be provided upon request.

Discounts

The 10% same-day booking discount shown on estimates is applied automatically to all website estimates. This discount is valid for bookings made within 48 hours of estimate generation and is subject to availability.

Veteran Donation

El Gallo Hauls donates 5% of gross revenue from completed jobs to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation on a monthly basis. This is a voluntary commitment and does not create any legal obligation to customers.

Limitation of Liability

El Gallo Hauls' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Osceola County, Florida.
