When you use our AI photo estimator or booking request form, we collect:
- Your name and phone number
- Your pickup address
- Photos you upload of items to be hauled
- Your preferred date and time for service
- Any notes you include with your request
We do not collect payment information through this website. Payment is handled in person at time of service.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Generate a price estimate for your junk removal job
- Contact you to confirm your booking
- Provide the junk removal service you requested
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
AI Photo Analysis
Photos you upload are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis to generate your price estimate. Photos are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers after the estimate is generated. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
Google Maps
We use the Google Maps Distance Matrix API to calculate the distance from your pickup address to the nearest disposal site. Your address is sent to Google's servers for this calculation. Google's privacy policy applies to this data and can be found at policies.google.com/privacy.
Data Retention
Booking request information (name, phone, address, date, time) is retained in our system logs for up to 90 days for service coordination purposes, then deleted. We do not maintain a marketing database.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at info@junkremovalcentralflorida.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Google Fonts is loaded from Google's servers, which may set cookies per Google's privacy policy.
